    2. SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING ENQUIRY / SEND A MESSAGE

    Before we can confirm a sit, I love to know as much as possible about your cat, your home & yourselves to assess if I’m able to give the top quality care we all expect.

    3. BOOK YOUR COMPLIMENTARY MEET & GREET CALL

    Entrusting someone with your loved ones & home is no small thing. That’s why I offer a free - no obligation video call to meet each other, ask any questions, discuss your cat’s needs in further detail & agree expectations & arrangements, all before you commit to the booking.

    4. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

    After meeting each other during our complimentary 30 minute video call - if we agree I’ll be the right match to care for your cat & home whilst you’re away - great! You’ll receive a booking confirmation link after the call with our dates & care agreements, & a link to make payment. Once payment is received, you’ll be added to the calendar, & I’ll look forward to joining your cat very soon.

    5. PREPARE FOR YOUR TRAVELS

    One week before you set off for your travels, you’ll receive an email/message to confirm your booking & my arrival. Please prepare everything I will need to care for your cat & home well in advance of your departure - food, litter tray cleaning supplies & refills, keys, emergency contacts etc. You’ll also receive a link to your booking enquiry, so can update the information provided if there’s anything that’s changed or missed out.

    I’ll be in touch again the day before & on the day of my arrival to confirm arrival time. If you’re at home when I arrive, I’ll be glad to meet you in person, be introduced by you to your cat & oriented in your home. If you’ve already set off, I will have all the information I need to access the home securely & get acquainted with your cat from your booking enquiry information & WhatsApp communications. I’ll send you a message & photo/video upon arrival to let you know I’m there & wish you smooth travels.

SUPPLEMENTS

  • A supplement of £9/cat/night is applied up to a total of 3 cats.

    For 4 cats or more please enquire for a discounted ‘bundle’ rate.

  • Please specify who needs looking after & their care needs in your booking enquiry for a personalised quote.

    I have experience with dogs, small mammals, reptiles/amphibians and small birds.

  • Usually I arrive by 2pm on the day of arrival & leave by 12pm/midday on departure day.

    Should you require me to arrive earlier or leave later you can book additional time at £15/hr. Please specify this upon booking. If you require me to arrive after 2pm &/or leave before 12pm, the same standard ‘nightly’ rate applies.

  • For cats with extra/specific needs and/or requiring near full time presence.

    The standard all-inclusive service includes giving basic medication & attending to all the usual daily care needs of your cat & home.

    If your cat requires specific attention beyond the usual, cannot be left for 4 - 6 hours (I rarely leave this long), or you’d like me to perform additional household tasks, please specify in your booking enquiry for a personalised quote.

  • Included in my standard rates is a complimentary 30 minute video call to meet each other & discuss arrangements before you confirm your booking, to see if I’ll be a good fit to care for your cat & home during your travels.

    On the first day of the booking I usually arrive at your home by 2pm. If you are home I will be glad to meet you in person & be introduced to your cat & oriented in your home- this is all included in the standard rates.

    If you would like me to come to your home to meet you in person before the booking arrival date & time, please specify in your booking enquiry.

    A supplementary hourly/nightly fee may be required depending on my previous location to account for travel to your home ahead of the booking start date.

    Same city meet ups are free of charge - up to 45 minutes travel time to your home.

    I will be able to give you a personalised quote once I know your desired dates, times & location for our in person meeting.

  • I am based in London & offer guardianship services in all major cities throughout the UK.

    I’m happy to travel further afield should you require my services outside of mainland UK.

    I usually require travel costs to be covered plus a journeying time fee dependable on distance.
