TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING
The advertised rates apply to sits starting from 14:00 (2pm) on the day of arrival, and ending by 12:00 (midday) on the day of departure. Earlier arrivals or later departures are charged at £15 per additional hour. If you require me to arrive after 14:00 and/or depart before 12:00, the standard nightly rate applies with no supplement.
To secure your booking, a non‑refundable deposit is required : £150 for bookings of up to and including 14 nights or £300 for bookings of 15 nights or more. The deposit value is deducted from your total balance. If your total booking value is less than £150, full payment is required to secure your booking. All deposits are non‑refundable, except in cases when I must cancel the booking, in which case the full deposit value will be returned.
To complete your booking, the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to your booking start date. If your booking begins less than 21 days from the date of booking, full payment is required upon booking to confirm your dates.
If the remaining payment is not received by 21 days prior to your booking start date, the non‑refundable deposit will be retained, and I will be permitted to accept other bookings for your previously agreed dates. Should you wish to proceed with the booking despite late payment – at my discretion and subject to availability – the booking may be maintained, provided I receive the full outstanding balance plus a £30 late payment fee for each day the payment is overdue.
For cancellations and/or changes within 21 days of the booking start date, no refund will be given and the full amount paid (deposit and any balance) will be retained. In certain unavoidable circumstances, and by mutual agreement, the booking fee may be transferred to a future date at my discretion.
The advertised rates are for the care of 1 cat. Additional cats require a supplement of £9 per night per cat, up to 3 cats in total. For 4 cats or more, please enquire for a discounted ‘bundle’ rate. Other pets (e.g. dogs, small mammals, reptiles, birds..) may be included in my care by prior agreement. Please enquire for a personalised quote.
A 15% ‘Peak Period’ supplement is applied to the total booking fee for stays including the following dates over Christmas & New Year : 21st December – 4th January.
